“Hi there! I’m Cody Sandoval, a Fourth-year Health and Exercise Science major at Colorado State University. My journey in health and fitness began with a personal challenge—being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis as a child, sports became my outlet. A way to reclaim my strength and practice resilience. Over time, this turned into a deep passion for understanding how the physical movement of our bodies can transform lives.
I aspire to become a certified personal trainer, specializing in sports performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. My goal is to help others unlock their potential and lead healthier, more active lives. I firmly believe that exercise is more than just physical—it’s a tool for mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual growth. For me, living a fulfilling life means nurturing all aspects of well-being.
When I’m not studying or training, I enjoy promoting fitness and wellness in my community, connecting with others who share the same drive for self-improvement. Whether you’re an athlete, a fitness enthusiast, or someone beginning your wellness journey, I hope to inspire and empower you through the knowledge and experiences I’ve gained.
Let’s move forward, together!”
